“The turkey burgers were awesome and so was the salad. : )”
Love that positive feedback! This comment came from a client couple for whom I plan weekly menus, grocery shop, and prepare ingredients. Being a short holiday week, and since I cater to every client’s weekly needs, I customized just two meals yesterday. I took a few photos along the way.
Meal one: Southwestern Turkey Burgers with Arugula Salad. For this dish, I combined all of the ingredients for the burgers and prepared the salad. I knew my clients were going to eat this meal for dinner, so I was able to put together almost everything, apart from cooking their burgers.
Meal two: Greek Inspired Chicken with Roasted Eggplant and Tomatoes.
To make it super simple for my clients to cook this meal in their kitchen, I built the marinade for their chicken, diced their eggplant, chopped oregano, zested and juiced a lemon, and packaged it all up for them. When it’s time for them to cook this dish, they will be able to follow the step-by-step recipe quickly and easily without having to slice, dice, squeeze, or chop.
I am so happy to help folks save time and energy in the kitchen. I take my job as facilitator very seriously. Without the stress, people can transform fresh ingredients from raw and separate into a beautiful symphony of flavors and textures that taste like a party in the mouth and look pretty on the plate. I often hear that my clients are surprised by how much they are enjoying their time in the kitchen and how much they are learning. And that is music to my ears.
